Pine Street Physical and Occupational Therapy’s language access plan includes but is not limited to the following components:
- Ensuring access of a family member or friend to translate if necessary
- Providing a staff member of Pine Street Physical and Occupational Therapy to translate or sign when able
- Arranging for appropriate outside translation services if necessary
- Utilization of technology based translation services or applications
- Referral to another facility capable of effective communication
